Background information

My name is Skyler Whittaker and I have been active in autistic advocacy efforts for four years. I developed this guide for the purpose of giving autistic adults (and soon-to-be-adults) and their allies a general overview of resources they might find useful. I have tried to present a variety of perspectives and information sources in this guide; however, I consider it a living document, and am open to making changes as necessary in order to better serve the needs of autistic people.

Constructive criticism is welcome from those who share my goals of supporting self-advocacy, self-determination, and self-expression for autistic people of all abilities and skill levels. Feel free to leave comments or to email me.
